In the Electrician category, a billable call is defined as a customer actively seeking professional installation, repair, or troubleshooting of hard-wired electrical systems. The focus is on the building’s permanent electrical infrastructure, from the panel to the fixture.
We generally consider requests to be non-billable if they involve “plug-and-play” items, battery-operated devices, or non-electrical utility lines. Common non-billable examples include appliance repair (such as fixing a broken lamp or internal ceiling fan motor), low-voltage data cabling (TV cable, phone lines, intercoms), portable generator repairs, holiday lighting installation, and solar panel maintenance. Additionally, we do not charge for tenants calling for repairs and homeowners seeking free inspections without active electrical issues.

- Indoor Lighting: Installation of light fixtures and recessed lighting.

- Fans: Installation and wiring of ceiling fans, attic fans, and bathroom exhaust fans.
