Understanding Billable pest control Calls

In the Pest Control category, a billable call is defined as a customer actively seeking professional extermination, management, or inspection services for common structural insects and rodents. The focus is on protecting the property and its inhabitants from infestation and damage.

We classify requests as non-billable if they involve larger wildlife or protected species, which typically require specialized handling or licenses. This includes requests to remove bats, birds, snakes, lizards, squirrels, and groundhogs. We also do not charge for calls specifically for Honey Bees (due to conservation/apiary requirements), vehicle fumigation, pests located strictly in furniture or trees (without structural threat), and tenants calling without property owner authorization.

Please note that this list is provided for reference only and is not exhaustive. Criteria may change as our services evolve.
