Understanding Billable ROOFING Calls

In the Roofing category, a billable call is defined as a customer actively seeking the repair, replacement, or installation of the primary roof covering and system. The focus is on new roof installations, fixing leaks, and structural weatherproofing.

We classify requests as non-billable if they are strictly for maintenance, cosmetics, or peripheral accessories that do not involve the roof surface itself. Common non-billable examples include roof cleaning (moss removal/pressure washing), applying coatings or sealants without repairs, and stand-alone certifications (e.g., for real estate transactions). Additionally, we do not charge for requests exclusively for gutters, downspouts, skylights, soffit/fascia, chimney masonry, or solar shingles unless they are part of a larger roofing job.

Please note that this list is provided for reference only and is not exhaustive. Criteria may change as our services evolve.
