Understanding Billable Wildlife Calls
In the Wildlife category, a billable call is defined as a property owner actively seeking the professional trapping, removal, or exclusion of nuisance wildlife that poses a threat to the structure or safety of the inhabitants. The focus is on live removal of specific wild species.
We do not charge for requests that are considered non-billable, primarily those involving domestic animals or specific protected/non-target species. Common non-billable examples include requests for Domestic Animals (lost or stray dogs, cats, chickens), Dead Animal Removal (carcasses), and Animal Rescue/Rehabilitation (injured wildlife). Additionally, we do not consider specific species such as Alligators, Foxes, Turkeys, Woodpeckers, Frogs, and Rabbits billable calls. Calls regarding birds or squirrels located strictly outside the home (not nesting in or damaging the structure) are also considered non-billable.
Please note that this list is provided for reference only and is not exhaustive. Criteria may change as our services evolve.
