Understanding Billable Appliance Repair Calls

In the Appliance Repair category, a billable call is defined as a customer actively seeking professional repair for major residential or specific commercial appliances. The focus is on mechanical or electrical failures of standalone or built-in units where professional diagnosis is required.

We generally consider requests to be non-billable if they involve “countertop” or small portable appliances (such as air fryers, stand mixers, coffee/espresso machines, and countertop ice makers; however, countertop microwaves are considered billable), as well as maintenance-only tasks like appliance cleaning or cosmetic repairs (scratches/dents). Additionally, we do not charge for “installations only” (without a repair component), parts sales, propane conversions, and repairs for items located in RVs, boats, or food trucks.

Please note that this list is provided for reference only and is not exhaustive. Criteria may change as our services evolve.
