Understanding Billable Plumbing Calls
Our goal is to connect you with valid service opportunities. A billable call is defined as a potential customer actively seeking professional plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance services that fall within standard industry scope.
While we strive to filter every call, certain requests are considered non-billable. Common examples of non-billable items in this category include services typically handled by specialized trades (such as septic tank pumping, well pump repairs, fire sprinklers, or lawn irrigation systems), and calls solely for the purchase of parts (without service).
Please note that this list is provided for reference only and is not exhaustive. Criteria may change as our services evolve.
