Customer Service Representative

We are seeking to expand our Support Team with the addition of enthusiastic and motivated Client Support Representatives.

As our new Client Support Representative you will be asked to help our clients with their Service Direct account. This includes answering inbound phone calls, closing support tickets, and reviewing account activity.

An ideal candidate is a motivated do-er, a team player, and a hard worker. You will interact with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. You will also assist in reviewing client account activity, which will help verify the quality of our service offerings
