Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this position you would own and execute bottom-of-funnel roadmap and deliver actionable insights that contribute to business growth and KPI goals. 

You will also help define, implement, and manage key remarketing operations, including lead management, database management, segmentation, email campaigns, as well as working with other marketing team members to build, scale and optimize social media and display remarketing campaigns.

Search Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a team member that has experience and passion for performance optimization. Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience with paid search, and as a Search Marketing Specialist, you would responsible for implementing and optimizing search marketing campaigns that connect our clients (a wide range of service providers) with service seekers.

This position requires someone that is task-oriented and has great time management skills. You love having busy days, completing tasks, and feel fulfilled at the end of your day knowing you accomplished those things set out for you.

Customer Service Representative

We are looking to expand our Support Team with the addition of enthusiastic and motivated Client Support Representatives.

As our new Client Support Representative you will be asked to answer inbound phone calls, close support tickets, attend meetings, and play a big role in the successful launch of our new products.

An ideal candidate is a motivated do-er, a team player, and a hard worker. You will interact with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
